Jan Meyer, Co-Owner & President of Elite Resources, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and the staffing industry. She believes in giving 100% towards her career and is actively involved in the community. Jan has served as President of the Gaston County Personnel Association and the President of the Arrowood Association. She has also served on the Board of Directors with Chamber of Commerce, and School Board. Jan is a very outgoing person who never meets a stranger. She identifies with companies and truly understands employment needs.
Kim McDonald, Co-Owner & Vice-President of Elite Resources, handles all of the inside operations for the company. She has over 20 years of experience in Staffing and Human Resources and is certified in the Staffing Industry. Kim is a very people oriented person that you will get to know on a one-on-one basis as you partner with Elite. She will ensure that Elite’s reputation for providing quality service is consistently met.
